Measures for the Management of Unmanned Vehicles Scientific and Technological Innovation Experiments

Chapter 1 General
  Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 2 and Article 5, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations on Scientific and Technological Innovation Experiments for Unmanned Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
  Article 2 The legal entity referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of these Regulations shall have more than three years of experience in the fields of technology research and development, regulatory development, or industry promotion, and shall assist the competent authority in handling the following matters:
