The winner firefighter Ming-Che Sung independently researched and developed a water recovery body bag for use by first-line responders like himself. With the belief of respecting the dignity of the deceased and their family members, its innovative design not only improves operational efficiency but also reduces the psychological impact on disaster relief personnel to truly honor the value of life.

Sung also called on more companies and enthusiasts that are willing to give back to the community to build up a momentum of innovative research and development together. He raised funds from various resources and donated 600 water recovery body bags to international rescue organizations in Japan, demonstrating Taiwan's prowess in disaster rescue equipment innovation to the international community.
