The government is dedicated to developing new economic models by creating a comprehensive national innovation system to generate competitive advantages for economic development, Taiwan is able to locate the next market development niche admit the dynamic international conditions. The MOEA has organized the Presidential Innovation Award in accordance with the President’s instructions to encourage individuals or groups from industry, government, academia and industry to proactively pursue diverse innovation and value creation in terms of product, technology, management, organization, marketing, service or culture, thereby fostering overall economic development and strengthen international competitiveness for Taiwan.
