The winner Junyi Academy Foundation is the most comprehensive online platform for K-12 education in Taiwan. Using technology innovation to bridge the educational gap, it offers children of all ages a high-quality learning environment that supports personalized contents. It empowers every child, regardless of their background, to have the opportunity to become a lifelong learner. Junyi also collaborates with companies to promote digital learning and bridge the barriers of learning, which contributes to talent cultivation in the nation.

The platform has trained more than 10,000 e-learning teachers and 500 principals, guiding educators to transform their teaching methods into "differentiated learning using technology", thereby allowing students to learn autonomously. It has also reached out to remote areas to ameliorate the inequality of educational resources through digital transformation. Having received international funding from Google.org and Silicon Schools Fund, it is the only globally connected e-learning platform in Taiwan that has an influence on digital learning policies.
